Midcurve RWA and DeFi driven by end of cycle money flow in to "safer" return plays and the newly appointed head of SEC revoking SAB121 which will enable all banks and broker-dealers to start dabbling in custody solution and extended product offerings for digital assets/RWA.
The FDIC partnered players will stick to yields which will follow treasury markets and highly regulated over collateralized stable yields. DeFi and less regulated plays will continue to increase leveraged exposure until their leverage bubbles up causing cascading liquidations and a rush back to stables.
