I think it is necessary to let everyone know what rnovoa is doing.
A few weeks ago, when he sold almost all of his coins, I politely asked him why he did so and if he would buy back his coins. I just didn't want to straight-up post stuff about him as he may have his reasons behind selling the coins. He didn't respond to my DM. Rather, he made a post saying that I threatened him for selling $20 worth of his coin.
Still, I apologized to him for it, but he started abusing & threatening me to pay him $100 or he will get me banned.

He has made few other accounts like @CandyDiamonds from where he has made money by rugging people. When the investors confront him, he acts rude & blames them for harming the community.
Is it really them disturbing the community or is it you? This is intolerable and all holders must know about his behaviour.
