This setting is available via the Admin > Node Fees.

For now Love4src node's fees have been set to a low 0.000001 $DESO. What is a reasonable number nodes should oscillate around?

I hear @DeSoNinja is going to monitor these to provide users with some comfort by providing an external sanity check of these 💙
