I actually think we would be less fit as a whole. Nudity is stigmatized, specifically in the US, because it is more often than not sexualized.
America is a prude society. In Europe, that is less of the case.
As nudity became more "normal", society would feel less social pressure to "look good naked".
Being fit would be reclassified as almost a luxury, much in the same way as luxury apparel is now. The fit aspect will become something people aspire to for personal reasons, similar to how wealth is aspired to for much the same.
How in shape would we all be if being naked was the norm?
