facebook/meta will "give" the world a fascinating alternate reality space, for free. 

then they control markets and collect every atomic activity data unit. 

every step, gesture, interaction, time metrics, attendance and so on.

after it is too late, the government will get involved shouting monopoly.

certain countries will ban it for security and competitive purposes.

the metaverse(s) will mimic the world(s).
