- Sort topics into Discord threads : anyone who wants to add their input to a topic needs to use an existing related thread instead of posting a new message

To some extent the Pulse discord is already moderated this way - when people most the same thing in multiple places or irrelevant channels they get warnings

- Have a voting channel where we can emoji vote on issues or topics we want prioritized for discussion by the core team
