Update: I thought this was clear from the video but after reading the comments I just wanted to clarify: I believe I have abided by both the letter and spirit of the law and, what's more, have generally acted cautiously, with sound counsel, and, most importantly, in good faith.

Must have been a tough decision to make because one can see how you guys really want to deliver Focus. However, a smooth Focus launch is a necessity to retain users. Hence you did what you had to do. Thanks for the update!
