I'm looking forward to seeing the new DeSo.com roll-out, but I still think there is a hard story to explain everything here in a way that the general population will understand.

I still want to see @desofy launch a web based front-end (just clone diamond and modify), then really push 'Desofy' as the platform - the rest can come later.

Mobile first is the only way to reach the majority of users, and we only have one mobile app.

I'm starting my DAO for some fun and as way to provide some entertainment and laughs as we learn and play with the DAODAO platform.

After my small first $100 round completes, I am going to offer my DAO holders the ability to make decisions for things in my daily life.  What should I have for lunch today? What colour socks should I wear today? If I'm sitting down to do some DeSo work - which project should I focus on today? 

I am planning to post a lot of proposals and be very engaged with my DAO holders. Lets learn about the platform and play with the platform together. Now, what am I going to wear tomorrow?

I remember making this comment about a growth hack probably a year ago now, it was something around getting a big story into mainstream media. 

Along the lines of,  'this dog just made a million dollars',  you want something that fills that 'cat up a tree' end of news spot. A million dollars may be a bit of a stretch, but perhaps 'this dog made $10,000 in a day'.

Something that people can not only relate to, but see themselves being able to do.  It's not about being a celebrity, its about becoming a celebrity, or getting your 5 minutes of fame, and the financial reward for it.

I’ll keep my ideas simple and straight to the point. 

#1. Go get on Gary Vee’s calendar and record you or @SalilShah getting feedback on growth hacking for a Decentralized Social platform. Give him a personal tour of DeSo and the community. 

#2. Get @MarioNawfal to host a Twitter Space and get @elonmusk low key talking about DeSo unconsciously again. Then have people Meme Bomb him with a Meme Bounty geared straight at him and Twitter during and after the spaces. Do the same with Zukerbot on another date and game plan.

#3. And this is a very important one that I’m sure some would love to look over but… 👀🌚 imma say it. Get some notable Black people on DeSo. That’s it. 

It worked for Clubhouse, and I wouldn’t be here without Clubhouse. #IYKYK I mean think about it real quick…. 🤔🤔🤔 Count on two hands how many black folks are on DeSo… 👀🌚Gonahead, I’ll wait. 🤷🏿‍♂️ ima be gracious and say 20-25 tops 😬 But I wouldn’t know who at-least 15 of those people are. You want influencers?!? Well communities need diversity and inclusion to pull the engagement and base we dream of. Get a few folks the industry respects but who don’t currently get the same embrace that they use to in the 2000’s. Think Damon Dash, Master P, Ice Cube, David Banner, India Arie, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Redman, Queen Latifah, Shaquille O’Neil. Infuse them into the conversation like y’all did with Pam, and get a Web3 comedy show popping off with Comedians earning their first diamonds on something like @HYPED 2.0 with a special guest DJ like Questlove busting what @Murkury did first for Hyped. 👀🌚 It was a dope concept and concert. It can and should happen again on a more consistent basis. That alone can draw more users in over time once folks realize who they wanna hear is booked exclusively on the block. #DontSleep #IYKYK

#4. Creator & Developer College Tour. Just like College Music Tours but Web3. Include job fairs and bounties for key engagement targets. 

#5. QR Code Street Team outside every Web3 event across the globe (In Phases). Tie unique identifiers for users connected to their wallet address that allows folks to hit the streets referring folks to @desofy @DeSocialWorld @diamond During every Web3 event where we can target, isolate a radius around a central location of events and engagement points, then ensure a digital & IRL promo campaign is front and center for everyone on YouTube, and Yelp in that vicinity. 

#6. Headhunt the top Twitch streamers and get them to not only onboard but to spotlight a video where they capture the beginning of their journey but also updates on Tik-Tok on a weekly, then monthly, then quarterly basis. Only need 3 key Twitch influencers. One gaming, one music, one a beautiful charismatic and intelligent woman. 

#7. Headhunt the top Personal Trainers and Chefs from IG and get them to do the same as #6. 

#8. Get Marc Rebillet to headline a Web3 music series from his YouTube account to DeSo, and get him to onboard and his homies in the process. Also, request the same as #6.

#9. Cannabis Influencers on DeSo?! Most of the world… well I’ll just leave that here. #IYKYK

#10. Social Causes. Find 5 causes to fight for throughout the year. Tie a collectible “Claim” ticket and several other engagement points including purchased NFTS for the causes to unite the community in support. Get someone wise like @artz to help increase brand awareness of not only these causes but the attempt to raise funds for these charitable causes via @OpenFund Goal could be something simple like teaming up with Akon to bring his African countries and crypto cities a social layer that he’s powered up via their own node and infrastructure to spotlight his communities. 

#11. Did I mention Black people can be a growth hack?! Yeah, they’re everywhere. Other countries even. And many are extremely talented and possess the spirit to inspire others to follow. My own personal bias maybe, but also, HISstory & OURstory could back it up with some facts too tho. 

A timely one --> leverage the #lensaai hype and create free #lensaai avatars for people(a paid service) and auto-post them to Twitter with a link to DeSo signup flow that also includes free #lensaai avatar creation for those using the link to signup for DeSo (then also auto-posts to Twitter for them).

There are many different marketing tactics that you can use to help scale. We will stay consistent and say to get influencers onboard with special capabilities;

Influencer marketing: Reaching out to influencers in web3 niche and offering them incentives to promote Diamond as a great, easy to use web 3 social app. Best place to start would be probably Youtube (shorts), Instagram, Tik Tok. 

It’d be best to implement an exclusive offer for their fans likely through a giveaway!
