Curious, what is 1 insight you feel expanded your perspective on after reading this book?

It is one of the best accounts of the “mystical experience” (deep sense of oneness or unity that is viscerally felt beyond conceptual  understanding) reported by very experienced meditators and/or other contemplative or mystical traditions that I’ve come across. Usually it is presented as either completely ineffable or in very empty platitudes
