Today I turn 29.

When I was 19, I used to celebrate my birthday getting drunk on Tequila, almost passing out on the college campus, and waking up with a major hangover before midterms.

Looking back, I realize I was going through some challenging times. Getting stuck in the darkness, not knowing how to channel it.

And as a nation, we are going through tremendously difficult times that it is hard to find the light at the end of the tunnel.

So today, I want to celebrate by sharing kindness and spreading love.

Because the more of us feel inspired, the more we can elevate the world.

Here are 29 soulful messages I would put on a coffee cup to channel darkness into light:

1. Your positivity is contagious. Spread it like wildfire.

2. The world is waiting for your soul to light up.

3. A free gift from heaven will appear in your day.

4. Your Emunah looks good on you.

5. Hashem loves you. This coffee is just reminding you of this.

16. Your soul is waiting to salsa dance with you. Why are you sitting around?

17. Do it for the culture.

18. A righteous person falls seven times, but rises up stronger than ever. (King Solomon)
