I also like to just think "wow I'm still here"

and relate it back to our ancestors and how short many lives were in the past.
(also of course many still have low life expectancy but it is one of the things humanity has done well improving)

Welcome to the 40s club - I personally still often feel like I'm in my 20s so its not so bad
and I like the "look back at the achievements" angle
