he suggested i use a catchphrase from the show in my note, so i did. the show intro has this:

"train by day, joe rogan podcast by night. all day!"

but after i did it, i thought about making a video, which i did. i think if we can all try to post this video everywhere, joe rogan will decide that @nader is the perfect guest.
