Is there a way to get this to scale better? Or is this a permanent feature of the blockchain?

To be clear, 45k post per second is a fuckload. The DeSo docs say that Twitter has around 6k posts per second with 300M users.

The problem is that Nader is quoting fake figures. His own docs, that he likely wrote, explain that the 45-55k figure is what a single powerful computer can do. It completely disregards that we're talking about a blockchain with specific constraints (namely block size).
