I've never seen a company scale with care the way HubSpot has.
I remember being concerned about HubSpot's success and them losing that touch.
Redbord, the head of support told me not to worry shortly after the IPO.
He said they had a plan for scaling that would keep the culture in tact.
He was spot on.

congratz! i've never used hubspot, unfortunately. have always been forced into utilizing SFDC :/ Also your previous CPO who i exchanged a few emails with back in 2018 is a great person.
