Amnesia is the inability to retrieve former memories including facts and experiences and can also affect being able to form new memories. Itβs usually the brains way of disassociating from a very traumatic event and most often only affects the short term memory.
Amnesia is another word for memory loss . Two different forms of memory loss have been distinguished: retrograde amnesia and anterograde amnesia. With retrograde amnesia, you lose your memory from before you developed the condition that caused the memory loss. With anterograde amnesia you cannot remember anything from the moment you become ill.

Let me think... nope ... can't recall, I cannot lie.
I used to know... only π§
this wall of forgetfulness π§
persists to block it's meaning from my lips π
and my eager fingertips. π
