Decrease the Openfund liquidity to +-10k at 2% slippage
With the current settings, buying 700k $DESO will move the price by 10$.
If we plan on going back to 40 or even higher, it shouldn't cost us 20% the supply.

This is incorrect. The levels are USD-denominated, and the amount of DESO per level decreases as the price increases. Getting to $10 would only take ~$1M of buy pressure because it's $25k USD every time you go up 2%.
