this might work in US, because in US the system is stupid and court decision is based on similar case in past... and that can be a lot out of context... that is why they have jury in US as well to balance that

I don't trust humans as it is.  I certainly don't trust AI to do any role like that, because it's controlled by humans.  Like Elon.  
So while he's suing OpenAI, it's a danger to humanity.  he's talking about this set up for his AI..  He's going for the monopoly in everything.  Power and control.  He doesn't want to save humanity.  He wants to enslave humanity.
