So I was hoping we’d have above 10k+ active daily users by now but seems its only 7k… what are the major issues new users are having? Even with a bounty/earnings why arent people coming back every day yet to post, trade & engage
The bounty is a one-time thing. People need a regular daily incentive - post2earn, Articuno diamonds, Trading Influencer tokens (like WSB's token 2 days back), etc. Need one or more of these to drive retention and growth.
Even the 7k is not DAU because it is over 14 days and many may not even have come back once after claiming the bounty and/or registering.

Retention is KEY for viral growth.
I've been working today/yesterday my own little system to try and help engage new Focus users.
My sense is that the Core Team need a Community Manager (or other Focus users will have to help in this area collectively). This would involve onboarding help, guides/videos, special events, connecting high value users to other users in the same area of interest, etc
For me it mostly comes down to two things:
New users need a fast "Time to value" e.g. getting their first Diamond or Comment on a post. Some of this could even be automated...but it's even better if it comes from a human.
New users need "Social Connections" quickly... this is why Twitter onboarding connects you to your Interest ...and why Facebook and other platforms are so keen to connect to your mobile Contacts list.
