## High-Level Overview
The goal is to create a course that covers everything required to excel in the Web3 Ecosystem. The contents of the course also need to remain organic. We know that Web3 is volatile and that aspects of it change frequently. Because of this, the course content needs to adapt to these changes.

Finally, there needs to be more to it than just learning what Web3 is. We need to allow the learner to safely be a part of the ecosystem via platforms vetted by the course owner.

## The Phases of the Course
The fundamental part of the course will be divided into three phases:
1. First Steps Into Web3
2. Crypto Essentials
3. Understanding Blockchains

This will give learners the information they need to venture confidently into the Web3 ecosystem.

## DAO Fundraising Specifications
- The amount required to cover the first three phases of the course is $30 000.
- This will include 30-40 in-depth tutorials and everything needed for the user to interact with real-world platforms.
- This comes to 750 individual investments of $40, the minimum required investment to be granted full access to the course.
   - **NOTE:** Each investment of $40 entitles one to a course ticket. If you invest $80, you get two tickets to the course.
- The $30 000 will be divided into six DAO rounds of $5 000 each.
- The price of the DAO Coin will increase by 5% each round, benefiting early investors.

- Phase one will commence as soon as Round one has been finalized and closed off.
- The course will be released as soon as the first three phases have been completed.
   - The course will be released on major platforms, including Udemy, Coursera, etc.
- There is an opportunity for 3rd party platforms to be included in the course, as long as it provides value to the learner.
- There is also an opportunity to launch additional DAO rounds for future phases. This will allow investors to purchase more DAO Coins.
