These waters, called the Great Pond Bay, are now closed to all fisherman. It is now under the protection of the US government and is considered a national park in St. Croix, USVI.

His great grandfather had once owned a land near this area and would frequently stay at his little shack by the sea.

The family would keep it clean removing all the trash that they would find as they went fishing. They would only fish to cover our basic needs. We respected the sea and the sea took care of us.
