Thanks to everyone who participated in the 3rd question of our #art #trivial game.

The correct answer is Degas. This painting was one from the Edgar Degas' Dance Class series in 1870-1974. He painted more than 300 in this collection because he was able to sell them easily.

Congrats to @ivakar @NadersMommy $Debevic @CHIBII $Alexvanda $barbiegraveyard69 and $Jhayppy for the correct answer.

FYI @charbelETH @Oaldamster $natalia_bel $Draftsman $mdmahmudulhasan

The 4th question is coming shor

tly! ;)

Here is the 3rd #art #trivial question. Guess who the artist of this painting of ballerinas until 19:00 CET (14:00 GMT-4) tomorrow.

Single Rule:

* Don't use AI or image searching. It is a cheating that I cannot prove. So, be honest, please.

Please reshare this post for more visibility and participation to the game. Also please follow me if you don't want to miss the next questions.

Hint: This artist was rich opposite to the most of the impressionists, and he liked painting women a lot especially ballerinas as in this one ;)

Nader is a massive PR asset.

A very able speaker with a hell of a story:

🎓Princeton

🧑‍💻Google

📊Walked away and raised for an algo stable coin

🔄Refunded millions because it was no longer viable

✊Soloed most of BitClout then raised again and went viral

💎Built during crypto winter like it was summer

👮‍♀️Was targeted and then cases dropped

📈On the way to transformative new heights

👆That’s a ‘hero’s journey’ and they are the most powerful of narratives

DOJ dropped it's charges but SEC to my knowledge has not said anything about it's charges. However they dropped without prejudice which means they can refile the lawsuit later. This is typically done if maybe you need to add something to a case that was not originally there. But if it were just evidence being added to support already made claims you don't need to drop charges to refile. And the only reason you have to refile is to do the extra charges but by law its the "double jeopardy" part you cannot be tried using the same evidence in 2 separate cases. Which is also misleading because that only applies to the same government. What I mean by that is if you rob a bank and the local police pick you up and charge you they can technically snitch on you to the FEDs and the moment you are free they throw you right back in and try you for the exact same crime you already served time for but because one is state and one is federal its not a violation of the double jeopardy stuff.

I would need to see some information about the SEC charges not just the DOJ. And the DOJ terminated the case 2/28 which was almost a month ago. Nader did say he had something to say, but not right then. And has since given no updates on the news.

You think he is about to be loud, but this is the softest most quite roar I have ever seen in my life. It's like who replaced a lions voice box with a house cats???

It's also possible, though highly unlikely, its dismissed and they do not refile charges against him as this appears more like an administration change and the new people in charge want a "clean slate" meaning dismiss everything and then we will go thru and see what to add back. And sing how today is the 2 month since Trump took office that seems like the most likely explanation for what is going on.
