# Summary

Supernovas combines a decentralized social network with a multi-chain NFT marketplace to offer the ultimate NFT platform for creators and collectors.

On Supernovas, the social experience around NFT’s is seamlessly integrated to our marketplace through features like social feeds, DM’s, follows and more. Our NFT marketplace offers DeSo, Ethereum (Layer 2 - Immutable X) and Solana NFT’s (coming soon), uniting communities of different chains under one platform.

Supernovas’ vision is to build the ultimate decentralized platform for social media and commerce, in which content creators own their work, and content consumers have the chance to own and connect with content and content creators in a way that has never been possible before within the traditional financial system. 

Ultimately the plan for Supernovas is to become a decentralized Super App, combining the best distributed technologies and its primitives, such as NFT's, DAO's and decentralized social all to one.



# Fundraising & Tokenomics

**1. Early Bird**

The auction will start at $0.08 per Supernovas token with the price increasing by 0.25% for every $10k invested. The Early Bird round will last until the investment target of $100k is reached.

**2. Round A**

After the Early Bird round target is reached, our Round A auction will start immediately. The Round A token price starts at Early Bird round ending price with the price increasing by 0.3% for every $10k invested. Round A will be open until the target of $1M is reached.

**3. Round B**

Round B will be held at a later date, and will last until the full target amount is achieved. 

**Tokenomics**

Supernovas will have a capped supply of 100M tokens. We start with 74,937,000 pre-minted tokens (used for incentives, NFT holders, treasury, etc.) and through the contribution rounds increase the supply until we reach the 100M mark. Supernovas token supply will start declining from there, as Supernovas’ platform fees are used to purchase the tokens from the market, and then burned. The burning mechanism is intended to create actual value in the token, benefit all token holders equally, and decrease the token supply (through deflation), all while increasing token liquidity in the market.

* **No-code collection minting** on DeSo, Ethereum & Solana NFT’s
* **Decentralized and access-gated group chats** for collections and DAO’s
* **DAO features**: DAO discovery, token launcher, token exchange, governance & admin tools
* **Marketplace aggregation:** Importing NFT inventory from OpenSea and Solana to have a vast supply of tradable inventory available on Supernovas.

### Community Incentives

20% of Supernovas initial token supply is dedicated to incentivize the creation of new NFT's and NFT transactions to improve the marketplace experience and increase NFT liquidity. Supernovas is rewarding genuine transactions, and is taking measures to eliminate wash trading, while facilitating collectors discovering the work of up-and-coming artists.

5% of the token supply is used for Referral Rewards, where the community can refer new users and be rewarded on the transaction fees they create.

### Governance

Supernovas takes a phased approach to governance decentralization. The platform will evolve from a more centralized governance to a structured decentralization as a more sustainable state of operations and community is reached.

In the first phase, the Supernovas core team will reserve the right for governance with a community voting mechanism for suggested proposals to be approved by the team

I'm starting my DAO for some fun and as way to provide some entertainment and laughs as we learn and play with the DAODAO platform.

After my small first $100 round completes, I am going to offer my DAO holders the ability to make decisions for things in my daily life.  What should I have for lunch today? What colour socks should I wear today? If I'm sitting down to do some DeSo work - which project should I focus on today?
