I would go for Mancini, but Tuchel would have a great shout based on the turnaround and CL win. 

Yeah for sure, City were able to make up for a poor start and became really strong, but when you're already in the top 2 favourites for the league you need to be really special to get those accolades, City and this Pep weren't imo
