IMHO, he has been too conservative in the past. But, the fact that he withdrew 20M$+ as soon as the case fell apart and he apparently has hinted that the funds are for #post2earn + marketing/PR tells me that he will. I am too over-invested in DESO to invest more. So for now, it's just HODL.&#x20;

He literally never uses Treasury for something he can mint and sell a coin for instead. I'd say the 20m is definitely legal fees and/or marketing. I 100% support the legal fees as that's what the Treasury is for. Marketing should be more community involved, with voting and delegation.
