I find stories like these so fascinating. Looking at the outside Jobs was classified as an asshole. But people never really questioned why? And looking at this you can clearly see Steve wanted his employees to do the best possible work and his toughness attributed to results. It's fascinating how Apple actually functioned when Steve was leading.

In my business classed we learned about different ways and methods to run an organization efficiently. And the thing is that Jobs would have violated all of them.
