"This morning !denzadol was hit with a DMCA from Tyler Hobbs and the collection removed from Opensea. 

I am working on a response as I squarely believe this falls well within fair use. This will take a bit to work through, apologies to all those affected."

"DCMA update:

After speaking with a number of people, I do have grounds to push back on this however it will then open me up to legal action from Tyler to resolve and in doing so I need to enter the US legal system and  enter into a expensive and potentially long settlement against someone with very deep pockets, a poor understanding of art practises and tendency to use innapropriate methods (DMCA) to attempt to damage this project.

Even if the DCMA appeal is upheld its highly unlikely Opensea will reinstate the project as they are a private company and are extremely legal issue adverse despite outcome, no project has ever been reinstated by them. I am guessing they are perhaps going to try for a IPO soon? 

Its disappointing for me to not be able to push this, and given Opensea extremely poor customer service and reliance on the likes or Artblocks etc for revenue feels like a dead end. 

That said, this has not and will not kill the project and denzaglobes and denzaboxes will go ahead, but with some changes to way color data is used and also the way I resample it with a more sophisticated technique. 

Thank you for all sticking around! I will say that revenue sharing on parts 2 and 3 will be increased from 50% and available to a much wider range of holders, this is still being worked out but I am dead set on building on these ideas."
