I‘ve been watching some new accounts during the last weeks.
Checked with DesoGuard, and it said ‚green‘.
I interacted sometimes a bit like with „MissyWhite“ (I didn‘t buy though). I asked for more social media, „she“ added LinkedIn, I wrote there (got no reply) and then ‚she‘ rugged. Conclusion, it was an impostor and a scammer.
Now, I‘d love to feed this information into the DesoGuard. But I can‘t, without using a token again! Only when I do a fresh check, I can report. I think this mechanism is flawed. I should be able to give feedback to any account I checked earlier.

This is a tough one. 

For now, I'd say sending a small portion of the CC to @desoscams might be a good way to inform us of a scam. We still don't count that as a scam automatically on DesoGuard ... but at some point based on the accuracy of the calls from the user sending the CC, we might create a process to check all Creator Coins received on our id.

DeSoScams Team has been working diligently over the past couple of years trying to make DeSo a safer place for all its users. As a step towards making the DeSo experience a better one and also because scammers have started using bots and programming to scale their scams to the next level, we are looking to ramp up our efforts by building DeSoGuard to help users guard against scams, rug-pulls, bots and ghost-taggers. 

# Key Features
## Scam Account Identification
DeSoGuard utilizes advanced AI algorithms to identify accounts displaying characteristics commonly associated with scams including but not limited to money transactions with known scams. By identifying and flagging these potential scams, DeSo Guard plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and secure experience for all users, especially newcomers who may not be fully aware of the prevalence of scams on the DeSo platform. 
## User Profile & History
DeSoGuard introduces a feature designed to enhance transparency and trustworthiness in the DeSo community. This feature displays a summary of a user's historical transactions, providing valuable insights into their behaviour and activity patterns on the platform.
## Rugs Identifier
Identify Accounts that have sold their own Creator Coins one or more times. While selling your own Creator Coin may still be acceptable  (especially if done with a warning to your investors), it is something that a few investors may not be comfortable with.
## Mass-Tags and Ghost Tags
Identify accounts that have a tendency to mass-tag 100s of users in their posts in order to get engagement. While some users may still do it with the permission of users that they tag, it is still a very annoying part of the user experience on DeSo.
## Bot Checker
DeSoGuard meticulously analyses user activities to identify accounts exhibiting bot-like behaviours, such as mass following and auto-liking all posts. These automated actions can be disruptive and annoying, detracting from the genuine human interactions that form the core of a rewarding social experience.
## AI Content Identification
DeSoGuard employs a sophisticated AI content detection system to scrutinize user posts and comments. By detecting AI-generated content, DeSo Guard effectively prevents these bad actors from gaining undue clout or influence under false pretences, ensuring a more authentic and trustable social media environment.
## Feedback & Continuous Improvement
DeSo Guard utilizes a community-driven feedback system where users can report false positives (legitimate activities flagged as suspicious) and false negatives (suspicious activities not flagged). This feature allows DeSo Guard to continuously learn and improve its accuracy, making the tool more adaptive and reliable based on real-world user experiences and inputs.
# Tokenomics
## Initial Round
We are looking to raise $10,000 to cover the costs of building an initial proof of concept and covering a year of website hosting and server costs, API costs and other incidentals along with development and marketing costs. We would of course welcome a larger amount and that would only push us to accelerate some of the features we have in our pipeline. 
## Token Usage
The Tokens will be used on Desoscams.com in various ways:
- Scam Check: To check if an account is a scam, one DSC Token will be used
- Governance: When Prioritizing key features, we'll look to our community to help us prioritize features
- Early Access: Our Top Token Holders will be given early access to the tool and possibly new features (in the future) as a perk & to ensure our tools are released to the general public after a round of QA.
- Priority Communication: Certain Exclusive Channels will be opened for those holding over 10K Tokens (100$ worth at launch price) and 50K Tokens (500$ at launch price).
- Exclusive Features: Certain Features involve significant API cost and we might need to restrict that to a limited number of users. We will set appropriate limits at an appropriate time in the future.
