This photo is taken from the same spot as the one last week, but this time directly across Lake Lucerne.
The mountain there is the Fronalpstock, a mid-sized mountain (1,921 metres or 6,302 ft) in central Switzerland (canton Schwyz). On the edge of the lake is the Axenstrasse, a very important north-south connection that leads to the Gotthard pass and tunnel.
