When I went to Virginia had no internet so I read two books...
One was the "Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth". The 5 Tibetan Rites can be found on You Tube. 5 asana Yoga moves that are seriously relatively very easy. I'm 63 and can do them... You start doing each one 3 times and then eventually work up to 21 for each movement. I am incorporating them into my exercise repertoire now. I did teach yoga in my twenties and am relatively still limber. Its a great read and has some really great "youthing" tips. You don't have to age.
