If I had to add anything it would be:
•Ability to apologize and admit wrongs. (goes well with humility)
•Has structured their business and personal lives in a way that promotes accountability.
Recently I was asked: "What qualities will be the backbone of the exceptional leaders of tomorrow?"

* Lives a life with integrity
* Is trustworthy
* Practices diplomacy
* Measures and promotes equality and equity
* Continues to grow as an being an exemplary communicator
* Demonstrates absolute humility
* Has an X-factor and self-awareness
* Has an agile ability to solve complex problems and pivot quickly
* Can retain the ability to influence
* Has the ability to delegate and inspire those who they bring along for the journey
