Archduke Alexander Chen aims to restore the independence of Duchy of Chen (1045 BC — 479 BC, 2021 AD -) from evil China. The duchy seeks refuge in the US and Taiwan. It seeks cooperation with all separatist movements against China but it needs a seaport.
