There are two blockchain build platforms that I use. One is Hive.blog (seldomly though) and the other is #DeSo.

While playing around a bit with the beta version of $Focus.

There have been many I've tried. And at some point I decided that DeSo (Focus), is the last one.

For me it's hard to believe that something like #Focus can be build on an EVM based blockchain. Without becoming extremely expensive and slow. If not centralized heavily at some point. Or even from the beginning.

FOMO has been a lesson learned for me a long time ago. When I APEd 🦧 into a 'to good to be true' Yielding thing. Then it got rug pulled...

Decentralized Application #blockchain platforms like #Hive (forked off from the sell out Steem blockchain) and DeSo have Proof Of Years [POY]. Where they improve and innovate.

Hive has second layer solutions. Where DeSo does everything on chain. (Except storing huge data blobs, which seems logical to me, though I understand the confusion about the 100% on chain statement.)

In no way I see this being done by EVM [Ethereum Virtual Machine] based blockchains. While one Ethereum spin off after the other hits the streets or excisting blockchains add an EVM. To offer more of the same.

How about a 'Wet Fart' Token?

Sure, you can do that, for only 0.05 Solana. Using your X account to login. Right...

Well, I quit all centralized stuff, like Twitter and FB. And I dislike EVMs. They're slow, bulky and expensive to use. Why all the promotion for them lot?

How many of those so called 'influencer' accounts have actually joined? Now, I've noticed this pattern also on SteemIt. And it became less on Hive. And at some point no more calling for it to become FB on a Blockchain.

To me it is like a believed Einstein quote. Doing the same over and over again, expecting a different outcome every time.

While I noticed on Hive new talent arise. Making incredible projects possible. Slowly but steadily becoming it's own unique self.

There's nothing out there, that I'm aware of that can deliver what the DeSo blockchain can do. Like I stated before, it is the Swiss Army Knive of blockchains.

Do I care about so called 'influencer' accounts? Nope. Never did, never will.

You're free to show me proof though that all those came to DeSo to claim their name account.

My point being?

Why would you want to try and be somebody else, copy them, when you've got the great potential to be you!

Be DeSo, be you and others will come. Will they be the praised 'influencer' accounts?

Honestly, I even wish none of them will. Because there's enough talent out there that can shine here.

Let DeSo be amazing on its own.

And you can be part of that.
