Communication is an issue, the sense of community is found here like in the Sharkgang. The project owner informs participants / members and answers questions. In general, communications are scarce and are not in alignment with the informational need of the community.

I got up at an unholy time and made coffee. I have taken care of my basic @Deso startup routine.
I started with the recommanded course in JavaScript @DiamondThumb and @degen_doge introduced me to. After a while I made two "homages" to two Deso friends and now i am thinking of getting another espresso🥰

You know what ticks me off on test net is the mindless, baseless and critique -less shilling of #Focus. No voices of caution, only child like voices.

It amazes me how people with millions in bank accounts and piles of degrees are not more in an open, constructive, critical and adult discussion about the development of this project.

Apparently I am the only "enfant terrible".

That being said, we have our own great project to carry forward at our own financial risk. It means we are self-reliant. Not always the easy route, but for sure the one that builds character for all team members.

Being not a total dick. I do hope all of deso will do well and grow. However, I see some difficulties that everyone (that some influence on) seems (I stress "seems") to ignore.

Oh, how I would truly love to have unified community WITH the core. That would be one of my New Year's wishes.

The last day of the year is upon us. (08:37 CET time in The Netherlands),

Good morning lovely @deso family!

Thank you for your post @degen_doge. It was so good to see someone with your open, honest, intellectual and concerned mindset has a view not far removed from some of my sentiments.

Like every morning since 2021 I get up with my two friends my depression and my lovely cat Timmie. 

An easy morning you would think being on holiday, but still up from 0400 struggling to get my anxiety under control and start the day with a cup of coffee like regular people.😂.

I will not have special celebrations planned. I will use my time contemplating new ways for the New Year.

I have had (yesterday a lovely interview with a lady from file coin (podcast style) I will present it to the community when I get the file from her (Mara Mc Mahon).
With the approval of our @saftynet team, we will explore Akava services (L2 on Filecoin).

For now, it is a bit relaxing and interacting with the lovely @deso community for me.

However, I have one issue with #Focus. I can nowhere find the status of my tickets (on the not working Bounty hunter feature on my account). Not that I am impressed with monopoly money, however it is a malfunction, a bug or an exclusion of my profile. Any answer would be fine by me, So far no answer.

Again we will wait since many things are a black box. You put something in and do not know if and when something is regurgitated. (please correct me if I am wrong.

Thursday, January 2nd 08:21 CET time.

Good morning @Deso family. I'll spare you the depression song in the morning. I think I would miss him If it went away overnight😂.

A bright day ahead of us (I hope). The weather here in The Netherlands is very gloomy, so that does not help as a mood enhancer.
Happy to see #Focus being down for a day was "only" a test. The test may have been successful. The test on communication did not fare as well. I would like to see some more achievements in that department. I am pretty sure @safetynet would love to help Mr. @mossified and Mr. @nader in that department.

Some financial worries of mine about @DeSo were mitigated by a knowledgeable source, so that give hope to a concerned #Desonian. 

So I am very much waiting like all of my friends for #Focus to launch. Inquisitive as I am, I asked (when talking POS stuff) @Lazynina about the "Launch window". I knew the answer in advance. She is communicative, honest and direct, said Mr. @Nader will inform you😂. You can't blame me for trying.😂🌹

I do have to say Mrs. Nina is a busy lady, but I love her for the fact she does always give an answer. I really like that. It might not always the one I am hoping for, but you feel recognised.
So mrs. Nina (leave the Lazy). I would say keep up the good and hard work and your communication with all of us🎉🔥🥰

About onboarding in Deso an Focus..... Well a lot is wanting in that department. 
Many #Desonians are partially moving to Arena not because it is better per se, but because there are lots of people there. 

You have an integrated chat, and it all feels very "alive". I am bringing this up not to be an ass. 
I am bringing this up because of how the completion (or, as you call them, fellow DeSoFi  projects) are moving. 
Please take note on departments of communication PR onboarding and so on.

The CEO speaks directly to users in a weekly stage. And any person (regardless of wallet size) may ask questions and table their ideas. In fact some already have been implemented As i have heard.
I think mr. @Nader our community also needs attention, more serving leadership and engagement. It would benefit DeSo and the Core Team greatly to do so.

Heej what do you know, writing makes my depression devolve (or fade into the background).🔥🥰. Well I am done writing for now. I wish had more personal content to share and I do but I want to have so coffee too.

I want to address some VERY serious things with Mr. Nader however I am not sure how to table those politely and delicately. Subjects many here will not dare to discuss. I will give it some, thought and just bring those topics up when I feel somewhat more heroic.

Early up for a Sunday (05:30).

Took a shower and afterwards I saw when letting Timmie (the cat) out what a beautiful blanket of snow had covered the land🥰.
That was amazing. 

Nice to see I had mail from ever busy Meta. Short and sweet. I imagine he works 24/7 sometimes.

I must admit, after almost a year non-stop working, I am not yet looking forward to work😢.
When I am at work on Monday, I'll fall in love with it again like every day of my life within seconds.
At this point, however, I would rather stay on my couch😂

Yesterday we had the @SafetyNet Storage meeting and tasks were assigned. We hope to create a refined research paper by 15-2. 
I felt listless and tired. Just because of me, not because of anything else. It strange to notice that after 2 weeks off (or off from "regular" work) one would have recuperated. Apparently I have not, or not completely. At this point, not sure how much rest I would need.

Looking into the Arena project as a temporary investment... I think I will take a gamble... I have repair Deso losses and ongoing costs.😊. 

Also, no financing by any whale or CT member is having me looking for alternatives. So a "quick" buck is always welcome but also for some extra finances in @SafetyNet.

So we keep on looking for people that would be interested in long-term investments. Not a core competency of mine so learning as we go as I always say!

And have to pick up at lesson 5 of the Java-Script course @DiamondThumb and @a_bloke send me on.  (sounds like a boarding school, but I do love it😂)

Early morning on the first workday of the new year. I am not rested enough. 
I just have to go and get going!

I am not waiting another year to take off sometime. Furthermore, I have to manage my relaxation regiment better.

I have to work on my time management and (at my age) to learn to say no more often🌹

Well, it is always early for me on workdays. Alarm at 04:00 shower and making the first coffee and some relaxing startup. I'll bike to work around 06:15.

Today we have some festivities at work (opening of the new Year by the mayor and such). I'll have to sort out a ton of email 🤣.
Wish me luck.

Still I have the feeling I am going to work tired which is strange after 2 weeks off. So I have to take extra care not have latent exhaustion problem on my hand.

Unresolved error with X integration and / the bounty hunter feature (#2)

Sick home from Jan. 7th. The fever has gone down. Sill feeling a bit tired and I have muscle pains. Probably another day or so and I'll be good again.

No use posting about #Focus and the defective link with X. So I'll just ignore the whole thing. Do not think anyone is waiting for me to send out posts and referrals. Besides that, I do not have a million followers. Out of principal, I wanted to A. get an answer and B. want things to work.

We did have a very constructive meeting (Akave and @safetynet) about storage solutions. I am looking forward to exploring that with @SafetyNet . 🔥🥰

I am also very excited about the progress made by our esteemed @SafetyNet colleague @carry2web on the on ramping with #stripe.

Now I feel a bit exhausted. I did however put out the #minutes of our @SafetyNet meeting. Now I will just relax and recuperate.

If we got the opportunity, I would so much love to discuss our research on storage and on ramping with Mr @nader and Mr @mossified. I think we have so much to offer. So you are both always welcome at our @SafetyNet meetings or in a separate setting. One may have a dream of working more closely together, and I am nothing but persistent.🥰🌹

And not always being a sourpuss, I do want to say @StarGeezer and my self had a nice discussion on telegram with @mossified. It felt good and tasted like more🥰. Open discussions can be so helpful and everyone's burden can be lightened by doing so! We are always very happy to help, and by we I mean the community and @SafetyNet as one of the many exponents of the community.
