Possibly it's something as simple as "meaningfully active" being renamed? I'm not fully sure but I don't think that active is a way to explain that list. Some of them on there do indeed post, and I would describe as meaningfully active but others not.

Maybe there's a way for coin price to impact it less?
For example, amount of posts, or even diamonds given or recieved with coin price at the very bottom of the factors?
