My younger brother sent this to me today and I was honestly given pause at this.

Doing something because you love it Vs whether you are good at it. I have often thought because something wasn't educated into me formally that those self taught skills somehow had a lesser value and when billing for them I always felt I should charge less.

These things I loved doing and kept me sane when the corporate world was suffocating me.

The fullfilmemt of life comes from doing things that inspire passion not from the things we are good at and not necessarily where the money is.

Do what inspires you even if you have two left feet, can't paint at the level of a master or carry a tune.

Talent is only a small fraction of the ingredients needed for success.
