## Fundraising & Tokenomics

**Step 1.** FUC core team scheduled one fundraising round for 10k$ to create the FUC Garments capsule collection. The FUC core team will participate in the fundraising round on the same terms as everyone else. No additional coins will be minted.

**Step 2.** After this round is finished, the same amount of $FUCKEDUPCATS tokens as was minted through the fundraising will be distributed respectively between FUC NFT Holders.(*S1 Cats: x2 weight multiplier, S2 Cats: x1.5 weight multiplier, and S3 Cats: x1 weight multiplier*). 

So with the 0.001$ price fully diluted market cap of $FUCKEDUPCATS will be ~ 20k$ which is a kinda modest assessment, to be honest. No more tokens will be minted without the FUC community proposal and vote on this matter.

**Step 3.** The FUC community vote will decide all the further developments (minting, fundraising, as well as $CATFOOD token future and all the Gang Wars game-related stuff)
