Explain to me me how did @pearl just appeared and is now a “meaningful active creator” and verified on @OpenProsper? The inner circle is clearly visible. Is this the way we’re also distributing octane funds?

1. The criteria for the accounts to be on the list has been there for months. Before Pearl was even a project. So didn't create a new criteria to just get one project in. I have no connection to Pearl. I have spoken to the creators of Pearl along with 100s of other creators. Just to provide full transparency.
