Daily dairy #4

You know, today was a good day. I went out, played with puppies in the park, and finally sorted out my fight with my loved one. Today, we'll discuss mental space. For me, if you love me, you should give me mental space – at least think about me once or twice a day. I have a limited number of people I love, just five, and I always think about them a lot. I usually call or text them; they have my mental space. Surprisingly, there are people who don't give mental space to those they love. They keep you in their hearts but not in their minds. Doesn't sound bad? It's actually very detrimental. Consequently, they can't provide enough quality time because they're physically present but not mentally engaged. Their minds are filled with work and other important things. You're important to them, but not their top priority. The problem is, you'll feel starved even when physically full, like eating nutrition-less food. Deep down, everyone needs someone who thinks about them. Mental space is crucial, and you should give it to your loved ones. It brings quality to your love. Always be in love with heart, brain, body, and soul. Lacking any of them can have adverse consequences in your relationship.
