At the current time, my opinion is that DeSo is not decentralized. It is distributed, though, and thatβs not bad at all to begin with!
DiSo π
Fun aside though: it has the potential to become decentralized. With the Core Team working hard on it to make decentralization become reality, with Proof of Stake for example, or by making the code open source, so that groups like SafetyNet can actually proof that it is NOT a lie and NOT fake. DeSo is real! Just not fully decentralized yet :)
Is DeSo (at this time) decentralized?
We will discuss the results in a follow-up post

I guess 90%
You need another button that says not sure. I'm not sure what the pros and cons would really be.
You need another button for not sure if it is decentralized.
I'm not sure what would be different on way or another.
maybe like 60% decentralized-- data is.. code, & money isn't
