Hello All! Anyone knows what are all these blocks with just one transaction for @STAKE_TO_ME_OR_ELSE? And all other blocks are just 1-5 transactions?

That account is running a validator and get's a block reward when it's the leader of that epoch. Something like that. Proof od Stake at work, but you'll know that by now I guess.
