The barriers to entry for many content creators / freelancers are low, but the competition is high. It can be difficult to find work and earn a consistent income. And even when you do find work, it may not pay very well.

The web3 creator economy or – ownership economy is presenting new ways of funding creative work that can help address some of these challenges.

Together, we will explore opportunities for creatives in the 🕸💎💎💎 (web3) space:

Our goal is to build a system that would allow content creators to focus on doing their best work, and focus on building audiences by finding their content tilt and meeting the audience's desires. With Web3, creators can forego or lessen their reliance on social media platforms to build a better community using social tokens, NFTs, and more. *We’ll learn how to do this together.*

I believe that web3 will revolutionize the way content creators are paid, and the way businesses fund creative work. ## Governance

For the immediate future, Euri Giles | Clareifi will reserve the right for governance. However, as the fund evolves, it will slowly move to a decentralized means of voting and management. The Clareifi Media fund, will be governed by members in an open and transparent way, that token holders can contribute to.
