Everyday a color, today the color BLACK

Black has many symbolic meanings, usually with a negative connotation. In periods of mourning, for example, black is central; also called a liturgical color. Other examples of the meanings are: black work and black money (illegal), dark, pessimistic, disastrous and forbidden or illegal.

It is a mysterious color associated with fear and of course the unknown also as the symbol of sadness.

After burning something, a black 'color' remains. That too is seen as an extra negative meaning.

But objects are never completely black. It is almost always the case that light is reflected. It is also considered a very formal, elegant and prestigious color (black strap, black Mercedes). Black stands out and has something mysterious, but also radiates class and power and is tough and stylish.

The color black works best in a large, bright room. Black in itself is of course a real eye-catcher in your interior, but black also combines very well with other colours. Black even shows off other colors better. This is because black provides contrast. Combine black with a gold detail and you will see that the black flattens out and the gold looks even more beautiful. This gives you more dynamics in your interior or gives a chic look to clothing.
