What is the sugar amounts in soda ?
It's a lot of sugar. And yes, it's insane how many people drink liters of this stuff daily instead of water. But at the same time I realized during a dietary round-up of drinks that cola contains the same amount of sugar as apple juice, and chocolate milk contains even more. Mind you, this should tell you to avoid any of those drinks, instead of going 'meh cola is fine then I guess'. But it's sort of compelling how cola is always chosen to blow people's minds while so many other drinks contain a LOT of sugar.

This is a Picasso Bug and it's a real animal.
Although the truly gorgeous Picasso Bug attains a roughly average size for an arthropod of its kind, it nonetheless remains a physically small insect. However, its numerous other attributes more than make up for any perceived lack of physical size. In this manner, the magnificent work of Nature aptly demonstrates the principal that size remains completely irrelevant to beauty. In addition, this marvelous insect also sets itself apart from the vast majority of related creatures for another reason.
That holds true due to the fact that, unlike a great many insects, the species does not display any degree of sexual dimorphism. This insect with the dazzling pattern also differs from beetles by its extended thorax. This forms a shield over its abdomen and wings.

Mount Ōmuro, a cinder cone volcano in Shizuoka, Japan is an extinct volcano near the eastern coast of the Izu Peninsula, south of central Ito City. It is shaped like an inverted rice bowl and has a beautiful silhouette that can be seen from most places in the Izu Kogen area. Mount Omuro is about 580 meters high and has a crater with a diameter of about 300 meters which takes about 15 to 30 minutes to circle on foot.
To explore the crater, visitors are required to take a chair lift that ascends the mountain. Once at the summit, they can enjoy all-encompassing, 360-degree views, including sights like Mount Fuji and Oshima Island on clear days. For those seeking more adventure, the option to engage in archery at the crater's base or experience paragliding down the mountain's slopes is available. Many tourists also pair a visit to Mount Omuro with a trip to the nearby Izu Shaboten Zoo located at the mountain's foothill.
