🤔
A lot of you mfers on my feed said Milei wouldn't do anything — but in fact he cut the government by a substantial amount.

A lot of you said Trump wouldn't free Ross.

Why y'all gaybears about everything all the time?

The libertarian mind virus is just getting started.

Sorry I've been quiet; we've just been working very hard to get everything out the door and I prefer a "show don't tell" approach to things. But so much has happened in the last couple days that I feel I have to comment.

Last week the world learned two things that everyone here already knew:

1. The TikTok ban showed everyone that Decentralized Social is extremely important

2. The Trump coin is currently showing everyone that tokens are the future.

A product like Focus will do well no matter when it launches, and it will do even better when the world has understood the above two facts. We are in the "MySpace" era for crypto, but what we're launching is something nobody has ever seen.

In addition, the fact that we all knew the above facts early is not a coincidence. We have been consistently predicting the future before it happens. As a result, there are still dozens of things that Focus is doing that nobody knows are important. The bounty hunter, order-book AMMs and mixing assets with social are only a few that, even if launched individually, would put Focus on the map.

Yes, it has taken time. But we learned with Bitclout that there is value in taking the time to launch the best possible product, and nothing has changed about that.

We will have a big update this week.

The Pirate Chain encrypts transactions with zk-SNARKs.

The bitcoin encrypts transactions with your mom — it's fully transparent get rekt.

Real coins are fairly launched privacy coins.

Real exchanges are decentralized exchanges.

Your fake coins on fake exchanges will get rekt by the government.

This is what happens when crypto goes institutional:

Ledger introduced a service that has users store their seed phrases on the cloud with full KYC + a monthly fee. Imagine if they got hacked again or if the government issued a warrant to access all those seed phrases. 🤦‍♂️

I like that Robert Kennedy Jr. uses the term surveillance state instead of surveillance capitalism.

Companies don't put Uyghurs in concentration camps — governments do. In a truly free market, we would have a lot more privacy, e.g., US exchanges could list privacy coins like monero or @piratechain

Pretty decent article outlining why bitcoin isn't private and why @piratechain is next level.
