Even with SG almost on its way out, at 8 DESOs with DESO at 6$ is something that's unimaginable. Putting it for sale at 2X the price since even that's probably close to the cheapest Shark out there. And I love this broken glass design - go ahead and steal it from me.

Is my understanding accurate that any developer building an app that shows content that the user explicitly wants hidden (not seen by others) is violating some EU Content Privacy/Protection laws by doing so?
Specifically asking for you since your app does show that content and you live in GB/Europe.

π‘ Just a friendly reminder that blockchain is immutable
π But, what is and what shouldn't be immutable
π Politicians/Celebs etc. "whitewashing" their history
π Individuals wanting to be forgotten?
Content can "marked as" hidden, but not deleted and not forgotten.
Any transaction can be viewed on the block explorer, or through graphQL.
An example of what could happen, e.g.
- User posts a innocuous post
- It gets traction, diamonds, reposts
- They then edit it to be something illegal
(how do the other users feel at that point)
- They then move into a more public-facing/high-profile position and "whitewash" their history
- They hide that post
Interested in the debate this has already sparked.
What are your thoughts?
