Overclout aims to simplify the way of adopting masses from web 2.0 to web 3.0.

## Contribution
### Phase: Round A

The phase will start at $0.06 per Overclout token, with the price increasing by 0.45% for every $10k invested. This Round will last until the investment target of $340k is reached.

### Phase: Round B
The phase will start right after the Round A target is reached, and the starting price will be set to $0.07 per Overclout token, increasing by 0.25% for every $25k invested. The Round will last until the total target amount is achieved but not more than three months. We will burn all unsold tokens.
