Currently, there are six subscribers to the YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@echodeso).

If we can get the subscriber count to 30 by Friday, I will distribute $5 of the $EchoDeSo Creator Coin to all $EchoDeSo Creator Coin Holders. The distribution will be shared equally, regardless of the amount of Creator Coin you hold (Note that this will not always be the case).

BONUS: If we reach 50 subscribers, I will double the Creator Coin distribution to $10 💪.

## 2. Project Goals and Objectives
Our objectives include:
- Producing authentic, high-quality content about DeSo.
- Encouraging a wide range of creators to contribute their unique perspectives.
- Ensuring variety in content, even on similar topics, to keep the conversation fresh.

## 3. How it Works
### Becoming a DAO Token Holder
- Purchase DAO Tokens at $0.01 each.
- Collaborate and make decisions in a private Telegram group.
- Voting occurs on the DeSo Platform, with influence proportional to your token holdings.
- At the close of every round, 10% of the funds raised are used to purchase $EchoDeSo Creator Coin and are then distributed across ALL DAO Token Holders who have been active for the last seven days.

### Investing in Creator Coin
- The $EchoDeSo Creator Coin is vital for the project's economy.
- The 20% Founders Reward, along with tips and earned $DESO, are reinvested into the Creator Coin, enhancing its value.

### Joining as a Content Creator
- Apply by submitting your bio and social media handles.
- Review available Topic bounties and request to create content for chosen topics.
- Once approved and upon successful submission, receive your bounty via the $EchoDeSo Creator Coin.

## 4. First Round Funding Goals
- **Domain Purchase:** Buy echodeso.com for $16 for a simple landing page.
- **Creator Coin Investment:** Start with a $100 investment in $EchoDeSo Creator Coin.
- **Administrative Setup:** Develop a landing page, online form designs, and content creation templates.

## 5. Structure and Governance
- Voting on the DeSo Platform determines DAO decisions.
- Your voting power is based on the number of DAO Tokens you hold, ensuring fair representation.

## 6. Bounty System and Creator Validation
- Bounties are calculated based on content impact and creator influence.
- Creators are vetted based on their past work and potential to deliver quality content.

## 7. DAO Facilitator Role and Compensation
- John Jardin (@JohnJardin) serves as the initial DAO Facilitator, managing without DAO Tokens.
- John receives a 15% admin fee for bounties except for content he creates.
