# EchoDeSo Alliance DAO Project Proposal

EchoDeSo Alliance DAO is dedicated to elevating the DeSo Platform's visibility through diverse, high-quality content. With a $500 initial funding target, we aim to establish a solid online presence and incentivize content creation.

## 1. Introduction
EchoDeSo Alliance DAO focuses on promoting the DeSo Platform through strategic content creation, aiming to create a dynamic and engaging digital narrative.

## 2. Project Goals and Objectives
Our objectives include:
- Producing authentic, high-quality content about DeSo.
- Encouraging a wide range of creators to contribute their unique perspectives.
- Ensuring variety in content, even on similar topics, to keep the conversation fresh.

## 3. How it Works
### Becoming a DAO Token Holder
- Purchase DAO Tokens at $0.01 each.
- Collaborate and make decisions in a private Telegram group.
- Voting occurs on the DeSo Platform, with influence proportional to your token holdings.
- At the close of every round, 10% of the funds raised are used to purchase $EchoDeSo Creator Coin and are then distributed across ALL DAO Token Holders who have been active for the last seven days.

### Investing in Creator Coin
- The $EchoDeSo Creator Coin is vital for the project's economy.
- The 20% Founders Reward, along with tips and earned $DESO, are reinvested into the Creator Coin, enhancing its value.

### Joining as a Content Creator
- Apply by submitting your bio and social media handles.
- Review available Topic bounties and request to create content for chosen topics.
- Once approved and upon successful submission, receive your bounty via the $EchoDeSo Creator Coin.

## 4. First Round Funding Goals
- **Domain Purchase:** Buy echodeso.com for $16 for a simple landing page.
- **Creator Coin Investment:** Start with a $100 investment in $EchoDeSo Creator Coin.
- **Administrative Setup:** Develop a landing page, online form designs, and content creation templates.

## 5. Structure and Governance
- Voting on the DeSo Platform determines DAO decisions.
- Your voting power is based on the number of DAO Tokens you hold, ensuring fair representation.

## 6. Bounty System and Creator Validation
- Bounties are calculated based on content impact and creator influence.
- Creators are vetted based on their past work and potential to deliver quality content.

## 7. DAO Facilitator Role and Compensation
- John Jardin (@JohnJardin) serves as the initial DAO Facilitator, managing without DAO Tokens.
- John receives a 15% admin fee for bounties except for content he creates.

## 8. Participation and Incentives
- **DAO Tokens:** For decision-making and influencing the project's direction.
- **$EchoDeSo Creator Coin:** An investment opportunity with growth potential.
- **Referral Bonus:** A 5% bonus for referring new participants to the DAO.

- Launch the fundraising round.

## Summary

AltumBase is an analytical and statistics platform for Decentralized Social World. 

It is build with potential growth in mind and can process large amounts of on-chain data while maintaing high speed of output to the user.

## What we did so far?

- Launched ACAI™ - Altumbase Creator Activity Index - unique metric based on all activity and community feedback (likes, diamonds, shares).

- Launched Daily metrics on all social interactions on DeSo.

- Developed a high-performance backend system to handle extra-large amount of data on blockchain.

- Published 3105 posts

- Received 25692 ❤️ likes

- Received 14300 💎 diamonds

- Received $50,000 development grant from Octane Fund

## Yield 

All holders of the Altumbase DAO will be entiteled for yield share based on Altumbase DAO token ownership share.

## Governance

All holders will take part in governance of the Altumbase project.

Details of governance to be published.

### Fund raised will be used for following:

- take our current analytical platform to the next level
- launch new professional node with paid access. This node will have advanced analytical / statistical / automation tools for professional/business use.
- develop API with advanced statistics that will be provided to other node operators.

### Revenue of Altumbase will come from:
- paid access to API
- access fees for advanced analytics
- access fees for the professional node. 

**And yes, we already have revenue, which will grow with the growth of DeSo!**

In the current funding round we are looking to raise $DESO 8000 ($100,000) which represents 10% of total Altumbase value. Our next round will sell additional 10% of Altumbase, but at the higher valuation.

### Pre-sale for Altumbase CC Holders

We have exchanged a total of 25.76951644 Creator Coins to DAO tokens for 39 Altumbase CC holders.

We have reserved 17.3547 DAO tokens for those CC holders who did not send in their CC yet. All existing Altumbase CCs will be exchanged to Altumbase DAO 1:1.
 
FR is now set to 100% so that no new CCs can be purchased.

### Altumbase DAO Pricing

The current price for Altumbase DAO token is set to 20 $DESO.

It will increase by 0.5% after every Ð400 contributed.

### Total number of DAO tokens

Number of Altumbase DAO tokens will be capped at 4000.

### Initial Token Allocation

10% of tokens will be allocated to the Altumbase Founders.

Additional 20% of tokens will be allocated to be distributed between founders and employees based on input in further Altumbase Growth.

10% (400 tokens) Will be sold in this round. (This includes tokens distributed in pre-sale)

60% of tokens will be sold in future rounds.
