Does the feed algo contain similar to "if follow OP = true; don't display repost/quote in feed" ?
Focus Feeds are still shallow in terms of utilizing the "firehouse" of deso. For instance....If I unfollow someone, they shouldn't show up on my for you feed ever again, I should have to search to find them. Definitely shouldn't retain their exposure in realtime. Users I never engaged with before should be ranked ahead of them at this point.
This is just one small example of utilizing the different types of social TX to mold a proper feed. And it should be done in realtime. Instantly without error. X for instance has thousands of metrics like this controlling your feed.
Building up these metrics will help in implementing a proper blocking mechanism. Multiple metrics can and need to be combined to properly block someone.
