I'm starting my DAO for some fun and as way to provide some entertainment and laughs as we learn and play with the DAODAO platform.

After my small first $100 round completes, I am going to offer my DAO holders the ability to make decisions for things in my daily life.  What should I have for lunch today? What colour socks should I wear today? If I'm sitting down to do some DeSo work - which project should I focus on today? 

I am planning to post a lot of proposals and be very engaged with my DAO holders. Lets learn about the platform and play with the platform together. Now, what am I going to wear tomorrow?

My idea from the beginning has been to share the progress of the expansion of my art studio, Silto Nascao Gallery and Art Studio, through the varied creation processes that populate my mind. From wooden vases, nft's, illustrating children's books, oil painting, watercolor, silk screening, cyano type...basically any medium I can get my hands on. This is a blessing and burden. My art rides the fine line of variarital incoherence, of dipping my fingers in to many pies; a risky endeavor to say the least. Gallery owners, fellow artist, people in general always have the same advice..."Develop a style, focuse on a medium, a coherent style which people will recognize..." And the only coherent thing I could come up with was to create my own Gallery, my own Studio. This way I can let my mind fly with no attachments, detachments, constraints, hangups, etc..that are not but my own. So join me in my adventure and delight yourself in my madness. I have been developing different ideas and characters to share as Nft's. I dig Nft's. All on the DESO block. As my studio grows, hopefully my mind will follow.

## Supporting the Focus App Launch

DeSoOps is aligning its upcoming features with the launch of the "Focus" app by the core DeSo team, scheduled for [11th November 2024](https://focus.xyz). Our enhancements aim to integrate seamlessly with Focus, turning DeSoOps into a vital tool for all DeSo users. This will include a minimal monthly subscription fee of $0.99 for advanced features.

### Upcoming Enhancements:
- **DeSo Account Integration:** Users will be able to register and edit their profiles directly through the DeSoOps portal.
- **Enhanced Notification System:** Mobile push notifications will inform users about private messages, and receipts of cryptocurrency, tokens, NFTs, and other important account activities.
- **DeSo Chat Compatibility:** Full compatibility with the [DeSo Chat Protocol](https://chat.deso.com) for uninterrupted communication within the DeSo network.
- **Comprehensive Wallet Dashboard:** A user-friendly dashboard to view all non-NFT assets such as crypto, tokens, and Creator Coins, reflecting accurate crypto and market values.

## Fundraising Details

To realize these features, we require a budget of $4000. We have successfully raised $1000 thus far and plan to initiate further fundraising rounds to secure the necessary funds.

## DeSoOps Club Explained

DeSoOps operates with DAO-like features but is primarily managed by @JohnJardin through Agilit-e. This structure allows us to maintain a focused direction while incorporating community feedback into our operations.

- **Token-based Input:** Token holders are encouraged to submit feature requests and enhancements directly to @DeSoOps for consideration in future updates.
- **Investment Opportunities:** Support the development and expansion of DeSoOps by purchasing tokens during our funding rounds on [OpenFund](https://openfund.com/d/DeSoOps) or trading via the [DeSo DEX](https://openfund.com/trade/DeSoOps). These tokens not only help fund development but also entitle holders to a share of the generated revenue.

### Revenue Model and Tokenomics
- **Revenue Sources:** DeSoOps generates revenue through transaction fees, diamond tipping, Creator Coin Founders Reward, HeroSwap commissions, and planned monthly subscriptions (coming soon).
- **Revenue Distribution:** 50% of the revenue supports Agilit-e operations, and 50% is distributed among DeSoOps token holders, proportional to their token ownership. Revenue is only distributed to token holders who own a minimum of 100 tokens.
- **Token Sale Dynamics:**
   - **Current Price:** $0.03 per token as of 15th October 2024.
   - **Referral Incentive:** Earn a 5% commission for referring new participants.
   - **Token Pricing Model:** The price per token will increase by 10% for every $2000 raised, rounded to the nearest hundredth. For example:
       - After raising the next $2000, the price will increase from $0.03 to $0.04.
       - After an additional $2000, the price will increase from $0.04 to $0.05.
       - After raising another $2000 from a starting price of $0.10, the price will increase to $0.11.
       - **Starting from $0.11, after the next $2000, the price will increase from $0.11 to $0.12 + 10% of $0.12 = $0.132, rounded up to $0.13.**
   - **Reserve Rate:** 0% reserve rate.
